Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final.
Services
All spray tanning and treatment services are non-refundable once completed. Bahama Mamas has proudly maintained a standard of quality that has never required issuing a refund. For best results, it is essential that clients follow all pre- and post-care instructions, as these directly impact the outcome of your tan.
If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can assess and support you. We are committed to all our Bahama Mamas.
Products
All retail product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products.
